I bought a disaster of a house in 2009. I am not being hyperbolic when I say this house ruined my life. I went through 5 different real estate agents over the last 9 years trying to sell this money pit.

Marcus has been working with me diligently since COVID started. He was a godsend. He was my eyes and ears in LA since I live out of state. He helped me get the house sellable in 2020 only to have COVID shut down the whole world. He then got me tenants to keep the house generating money until I could sell it again.

When the tenants flaked 18 months later Marcus helped me evict them. He found the contractors I could trust to fix the house up again. He went out to the house weekly to make sure they were making good progress, and he even bought an extension cord to plug the aerator in himself.

When the house was ready to sell he listed it again, and this time... for the love of all that is holy he actually sold this house!
